Katy Miller Added to Roster of Mediators in the Federal Court

LADR is pleased to announce that mediator Katy Miller is participating in the Faculty of Federal Advocates’ Roster of Mediators for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.  Since the Colorado federal court is no longer doing settlement conferences in every civil case, the FFA developed the roster to assist litigants and counsel in their search for private mediators – professional neutrals, with no decision making power in the case, trained to help parties negotiate a mutually agreeable case resolution.  An experienced mediator, Ms. Miller has brought hundreds of disputed employment cases to successful resolution by the parties over the past 15 years.  She has also been appointed to serve on the American Arbitration Association’s Employment Mediation Panel, and serves as a panelist on the AAA’s Employment Law and Labor Law panels.
