Philosophy
Gary believes it is in his clients’ best interests to use his background, knowledge and skill to resolve conflict and minimize adversity. He uses his wide experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution to maximize positive outcomes. Gary has been lead counsel in many diverse cases, taken hundreds of depositions, settled or mediated many cases, and successfully tried ones that did not settle. This experience makes him sensitive to the financial and emotional toll litigation has on clients, which has led to his focus on alternative resolutions.
